Finds and Interests
I’m back from the BOSS Reseller event in Las Vegas, and, as always, it was a great way to connect with sellers, pickers, dealers, and vintage fans. This year, WorthPoint sponsored a lounge for attendees to meet other sellers, chat with WorthPoint, and learn more about what we offer.
Talking to some of our users, it was clear that many love the diverse data we offer but would also like to see even more, and we hear that. We are always interested in talking to auction houses and others who want to partner with us. The more data we are able to provide, the better prepared our users are in the marketplace.
We also learned about how sellers are diversifying their platform choices. There are so many ways to sell, and we saw how people are branching out beyond eBay. We also saw that many sellers need to move bulk products faster and more efficiently. Sellers now often purchase pallets or other large lots of multiple items and are always looking for better ways to manage storage, carrying costs, and shipping.
Sellers have been telling us for a while that they were interested in solutions that allowed multiple users on a WorthPoint subscription, and we were glad to talk to so many sellers at BOSS about our new option, WorkTeams. Users can now choose how many logins they need for their organization and save money on subscription costs.
The BOSS Reseller event remains one that I look forward to every year, and seeing so many engaged and hard-working sellers this year was very rewarding. I created WorthPoint to serve the vintage and collectibles community, and it’s always good to collaborate with so many of you. See you next year!
