One of the things I’ve always believed is that knowing what something is worth is only half the battle. The other half is finding it. Today, I’m excited to share that WorthPoint has made that second half a whole lot easier.

We’ve just added two new features to the WorthPoint homepage that I think will be a real game-changer for collectors, resellers, and anyone who loves the hunt.

From Research to Bidding in One Place

WorthPoint has always been the place to go when you want to know what something sold for, what a maker’s mark means, or how to value a piece in your collection. Our Price Guide, Marks database, Dictionary, and Library give collectors a powerful research toolkit.

We already have a feature called Active Auctions, which automatically shows you all live auction items similar to what you’re searching for in the Price Guide. These similar items are pulled directly from LiveAuctioneers in real time.

Two New Ways to Find What’s Available Right Now

Now, right from the WorthPoint homepage, you can access two new browsing options without running a Price Guide search first:

Live Auction Events—Browse upcoming and active auction events from our network of Industry Partners, so you can quickly spot opportunities to bid on items.

Live Auction Items—Find and search for specific items currently open for bidding right now across partner auctions.

To get there, just click Live Partner Auctions in the navigation header on our homepage. A drop-down menu gives you both options instantly.

Built for the Way Collectors Actually Shop

What I love about these new features is the filtering. You can search by category, set a geographic area, and sort by auction start and end dates. If you like to travel for treasures, the location filter makes it easy to find sales near you. If you’re focused on a specific category—say, mid-century modern furniture or vintage jewelry—you can go straight to those kinds of items.

The Full Collector Journey, All in One Place

We built WorthPoint to help people research, value, and preserve the things they collect. These new features complete that picture by making it just as easy to find and acquire pieces as it is to research them. I’m proud of what the team has built here, and I think you’re going to love it.

Take a look at our game-changing tool here, and let me know what you think.
